Appointment & Consultation
Booking an appointment is a simple and seamless process with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle. Whether in person or online, your appointment will be tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported from the start. During the consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns and goals, allowing the coach to gain insight into your unique mental health journey. This foundational session helps set the stage for personalized coaching, ensuring a targeted approach for your ongoing support.
Sessions
Our sessions are designed to provide continuous support and guidance throughout your journey. Each session focuses on specific strategies to manage emotional well-being, build resilience, and enhance self-advocacy. These ongoing interactions create a safe and empowering space for you to explore challenges, celebrate progress, and acquire the tools to effectively manage stress and emotional distress.
Evaluation
Evaluation is a key aspect of the coaching process, offering a chance to assess progress and refine the approach as needed. Regular evaluations allow adjustments to be made based on your evolving needs, ensuring that the support remains aligned with your goals. Our Services
Coaching
$80 30 mins/$130 50 mins
Our coaching is a goal-orientated approach that helps individuals address everyday challenges, build resilience and improve their overall well-bring focusing on the present and future rather than delving in to past issues. These sessions can take place face to face, via telephone or video call.
Counselling
$150 per hour
Our 50 minute counselling is a process where individuals work with our trained counsellor to explore and address mental health concerns, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being. This is a collaberative relationship where the individual can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a confidential environment. These sessions can me done face to face, via telephone or video call.
NDIS Services
AS per Price Guide
We provide specialized services for mental health support, including coaching, counselling, and NDIS services. Whether you're looking for psychosocial recovery coaching, daily life assistance, or support coordination, our services are tailored to meet your needs. We also offer a group program focused on mental health support under NDIS guidelines.
