Our 50 minute counselling is a process where individuals work with our trained counsellor to explore and address mental health concerns, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being. This is a collaberative relationship where the individual can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a confidential environment. These sessions can me done face to face, via telephone or video call.
